The sewage elevator (basement integrated sewage lifting equipment, sewage elevator) is composed of PE or 304 stainless steel sewage tank, crushing and cutting pump, intelligent control box, check valve, and sewage inlet and outlet. The start and stop of the sewage lifting pump are completed based on the dual control system of set air pressure and liquid level. Once sewage enters the PE/304 sewage tank, the start and stop of the cutting pump are driven by the increase of air pressure and the rise and fall of liquid level. Due to the crushing function of the cutting pump, it can solve the blockage caused by debris, and can break the sewage, tissue, or kitchen residue that is discharged into the PE/304 sewage tank, achieving the improvement and discharge of sewage.
Usage of the toilet sewage elevator on the first basement floor:
1、 Manual mode: The equipment needs to be manually started and stopped by personnel in manual mode. Generally, manual mode is only used in special situations or under special operating conditions
2、 Automatic mode: In automatic mode, the device operates fully automatically without the need for personnel to be present. The device operates fully automatically through an intelligent control system.
