It can not only remove floating oil and dispersed oil, but also remove a certain amount of emulsified oil, resulting in good effluent quality. Its disadvantages are relatively complex equipment, high cost, high operational management requirements, the need for power supply, and the emission of exhaust gas. The advantages of gravity separation are relatively simple equipment, low cost, simple operation and management requirements, and the treatment process itself does not require power supply. The effluent quality of adsorption filtration is good, but the filter element needs to be regularly replaced, backwashed or regenerated. Biochemical treatment is mostly used for advanced treatment, with high requirements for effluent quality and in places without urban sewers.
This equipment is a new generation of high-efficiency oil separation specialized equipment developed specifically for the water quality characteristics of catering wastewater in China, combined with oil separation skills at home and abroad. Selecting a central cylindrical structure and a conical structure at the top and bottom not only allows for rapid separation of oil and sludge from catering wastewater, but also achieves the effect of actively discharging oil and sludge.
