2、 Working principle of integrated sewage lifting device (device, equipment):
The fully automatic basement sewage discharge equipment mainly consists of a collection (sewage) water tank, a lifting pump, an auxiliary sewage pump, a control cabinet, and corresponding filters, pipelines, valves, etc. When sewage enters the equipment through the system pipeline, it first passes through the 1 # and 2 # check valves and filters, while filtering out impurities greater than 5mm, and enters the collection tank. When the sewage in the collection (sewage) tank reaches the set Z-high water level, the liquid level controller sends a signal, and the control cabinet starts the 1 # or 2 # system to start drainage. At this time, the pressurized sewage passes through the filter in the opposite direction, playing a backwashing effect on the filter, Under the pressure of water, if the check valve is closed or the 2 # system is closed, open the check valve 3 or 4 to discharge the sewage outdoors. When the 1 # system discharges water, it does not affect the inlet of the 2 # system. It can still enter the water collection tank through the open check valve T or 2, which does not affect the working water pump to lift the sewage. When the sewage in the collection (sewage) tank decreases and the water level drops to the set low water level, the liquid level sensor sends a signal to the control cabinet, instructing the lifting pump in operation to stop running. An automatic program has been set in the control cabinet, and the lifting pump and 2 # are standby for each other. They can automatically switch on and off alternately, and can also be started at the same time when the water level is too high. Full automatic operation does not require the supervision of a dedicated person. When the equipment malfunctions, the alarm system will automatically start, the alarm indicator light will flash, and an alarm will be issued to remind the user. The control cabinet is equipped with a manual operation system, which can also manually start and stop the water pump on site. In addition to dual pump control, the equipment also has single pump and four pump configurations. Due to the large flow rate of sewage entering the collection tank, the flow interface is correspondingly expanded when equipped with four pumps, and the accepted sewage flow rate is also correspondingly increased. When one lifting pump is running, it will not affect the water inlet of other inlet ports. As the water level in the collection tank increases, under the control of the control cabinet, at most two of the four pumps Z can be started successively, To meet the varying sewage flow rate. Four pumps are used alternately as backup for each other.
